Soap Misfits
Looking to get a bar of soap but don't want to pay full price? Take advantage of purchasing one of my soap misfits!
These bars of soaps are considered misfits because they were my PREVIOUS bars of soap (same recipe and soap, just not the same size or mold!) & either got chipped in the soap cutting process, they do not meet exact size/weight requirements, or they are affected by soda ash (the white ashy film on the soap in the photos!). Soda ash is a natural process that occurs to the soap when unsaponified lye reacts with naturally-occurring carbon dioxide in the air. It doesn’t affect the final bars and each soap affected by soda ash is safe to use.
Each soap has a different reason that it is considered a misfit, but that does not mean that the quality is jeopardized! With each batch of soap I create, I usually have a few misfits and my collection of misfits has grown drastically! After a few uses of these bars of soap, you will hardly recognize that it was ever a misfit.
These are the soaps that I use for myself, but I realized at some point I cannot use all of these misfit soaps myself so I figured I would offer them up to all of you.
Ingredients: Saponified Oils of: Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Activated Charcoal.
Nothing but real, incredible ingredients that all have so many amazing, beneficial properties for optimal health of your skin (detoxifying, antibacterial, antimicrobial, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, firming/toning effects of the skin, helps fight eczema, oil-reducing properties, softens skin, helps heal scars, and so much more).
